NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING
Dear Members
Notice is hereby given that a General Meeting of members will be held on Monday, 9th of April 2018, commencing at 7.30pm at the premises of Kirkfare Klassics, 153A Kirby Rd, Aspley.
The main purpose of the meeting is to set the Club’s subscription fee for 2018/19. Under Clause 8 of our Constitution the membership fee “is the amount decided by the members from time to time at a general meeting”.
The proposal being put forward by the Committee is:
“To reduce Option A subscription from $105 to $95. (includes Qld jaguar Driver magazine)
Set Option B subscription at $145. (includes Qld Jaguar Driver mag + Jaguar Magazine)
There will be no change to the joining fee.”
A letter is attached from our President Jim Reid explaining the details of the proposal.
Following the meeting, Committee members will be available to informally discuss any issues you may have.
