The 2017 Annual General Meeting will be held at Kirkfare Klassics, 153A Kirby Road, Aspley on 21th November 2017 starting at 19.30.
There will be a Brisbane Register meeting immediately after the AGM.
An enjoyable supper will be provided at the conclusion of the meeting.
The Committee would appreciate your attendance, where there will be a report on the activities for the past year and the plans for the coming year.
Elections of President, Secretary, Treasurer and other Committee Members will take place at the AGM.
Nominations for candidates to be elected to the committee must be completed and: Signed by the proposer Signed by the seconder Signed by the Candidate With the Secretary before 7th November 2017
Members and candidates should be aware that JDCQ has public liability insurance of $ 20M
