The 2025 Annual General Meeting will be held by Zoom on Monday 17th November 2025 at 7:30 pm.
A Zoom invitation will be sent to members shortly before the start of the meeting.
The Committee would appreciate your attendance.
Nomination forms for Office Bearers are available on the JDCQ website.
Should any member wish to propose a motion for consideration at the AGM it must be seconded
and submitted to the Secretary by 20 October 2025 for distribution to all members by 3 November.
No motions will be accepted from the floor of the AGM.
Members and candidates should be aware that the JDCQ is incorporated and has public liability insurance of $1 million.
