YOUR CLUB NEEDS YOU !!! VACANT POSITION - CLUB SECRETARY
The J.D.C.Q. Annual General Meeting takes place by Zoom on 17th November, 2025.
After many years Wendy Gross is stepping down from the position of Secretary and we need someone to take on the job.
DUTIES - Recording Minutes of Management Committee.
The Management Committee which consists of a Member from each of our Registers, plus Main Committee, i.e. President, Secretary, Treasurer, Membership Officer and Webmaster meet every 2 months via Zoom which is recorded, and the Secretary also records the meeting Minutes.
The Secretary is responsible for correspondence in and out to the Club with input from the President.
The Club’s Bank Accounts require 2 out of 3 signatures on each transaction, i.e. Treasurer, Secretary or President.
Wendy is more than happy to help with the transition to who even takes on the position.
